GENERAL RETURN POLICY

1. You have 7 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return the item please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items On Clearance, ②Accessories, ③Customized Items, ④Flash Sale Items, ⑤Black Friday Specials (including 70% off section/ 30% off section/ $9.9 section).

3. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all original tags attached. We do not accept a returned item that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non Royce products.

8. As all items (including standard size) are made-to-order, we cannot afford to accept the ‘buy-many-keep-one’ purchase. Our customer service team may cancel an order believed to have been made with that intention.

9. We are not liable for return item(s) that are lost or damaged or Packages be inspected by the customs (the customer should pay the customs clearance), please keep the receipt with tracking information., please keep the receipt with tracking information.

10. We reserve the right to refuse the return if received in an unacceptable condition or without our prior knowledge.

11. Overdue Return & Overdue Lost caused by the customer, a 40% refund will be issued back. Such as, overdue to pick package up, overdue to assistant for the Customs Clearance and so on).

12. We do not accept the rejected package. A 40% refund will be issued back. If you need a return, after you receive it, you can contact us.

* Note:
• For returns requested by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. And the costs of the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
• Returns of 2-3 items from single or multiple orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount; Returns of 4 or more items from single or multiple orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount.

    Conditions

    • The products must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.The dresses must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with the tags still attached inside.
    • The accessories are not broken, bent, or damaged and take a photo of the item before shipping it.
    • If the item has been damaged during the shipment, we will ask you to provide the photo to confirm whether the shipping company will take the responsibility or not.

    Cancellation:

    We understand that ordering a dress for your special occasion is an important undertaking, and our cancellation policy was created with this in mind. However, it is important to note that the most our dresses are made to order, and once the creation process has begun the materials cannot be reused. The good news is that after placing your order, there is still time to make up your mind. Please refer to our cancellation policy below for details.

    • Order can be cancelled within 24 hours after order. You will receive full refund.
    • Order cancelled 24-48 hours, 80% of your payment + shipping cost will be refunded.
    • Order cancelled 48-72 hours, 50% of your payment + shipping cost will be refunded.
    • Order cancelled after 72 hours, can only be refunded the shipping cost.

    If you would like to cancel your order, please contact our customer service to proceed.

    Damaged or defective items

    If your product is damaged or defective at the time of receipt, please contact us at  roycebridal@gmail.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a refund.

    Missing or incorrect Items

    If you find a part is missing in the packaging or the item you receive is incorrect, please contact us at roycebridal@gmail.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. We will check and provide a replacement or issue a partial refund.

    Items not as described

    If you receive the item that doesn’t match the description in the website, please contact us at roycebridal@gmail.com with your order number and valid photo proofs within 48 hours. Please kindly note that there will be a slight color difference due to different monitors and we do not accept item returns for this. We recommend you order a color swatch before purchasing dresses.

    Color mismatching

    Different monitors show the colors differently, thus, we strongly recommend you order a swatch first before placing orders for dresses.

    Sizing or Fitting issues

    Royce bridal adopts its own standard of sizes, which may differ from the size you usually are. Make sure to check our size chart and video about how to take your measurements so that you won't have sizing and fitting problems. As all of our dresses and clothing are hand-sewn and custom-tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately one (1) inch in either direction of the specified measurements.

    Hand-made issues

    Most of our dresses are handmade by our experienced tailors so there might be some issues during the customization, we will not treat it as quality issues and no return and exchange.

    We have some tips for you to deal with the issues.

    • Use scissors to cut it, please be careful.
    • Iron the clothes. Please iron the opposite side (inner side) of the clothes with beads, embroidery or other embellishments.
    • Slight Mark. This is mainly caused by tailors when using a water erasable pen for tailoring. It’s easy to clean by gently rubbing with water.

    Exchange Policy

    When received your returned items, we will check the condition of the items and make sure they are eligible for an exchange. Once checked and confirmed, we will arrange the exchange as requested as soon as possible. If you need fast-exchanging, please contact us. Extra shipping fees may be charged for shipping services.

    For any inquiries regarding pending orders or after sales support, To track your order status and get after-sales support, please log in to My Orders and click on your order number. You can review order details, track its status and request additional assistance. We normally send our response regarding your request to you within 24 business hours.
