I received my dress and immediately requested a refund as the quality is not there at all and the measurements I sent in were not followed. I understand that custom made items are non refundable but you did not make this dress to my measurements that I sent and that you confirmed. I emailed customer service twice and have been basically ignored. I had high hopes and feel incredibly disappointed.

The quality of the dress is very good as well as the fabric. Very well made. I knocked off one star because I felt the dress was a little tighter around the ribcage area, maybe I should choose the size based on their size chart, but overall, it's gorgeous.
